SHIPPING
We ship all orders through the United States Postal Service (USPS) and fulfill them ourselves within 2 business days. Customers may choose between standard shipping, which is charged at a flat rate, or USPS-calculated priority shipping. We ship both domestically and internationally, with delivery typically expected within 3–7 business days for U.S. orders, though we ask that you allow up to 14 days from the order date. A tracking number will be emailed to you once your order ships. We are not responsible for lost or delayed packages once they are in USPS’s possession, and we cannot replace items lost in transit. REFUNDS
We offer refunds only in the event that we send the wrong item. In such cases, we will cover the cost of return shipping, and a refund will be issued for the product price only—shipping costs are non-refundable. To be eligible, the incorrect item must be shipped back to us within 14 days of its delivery to the customer. Customers may also make a one-time exchange for an item of equal value, provided the item is shipped back within 14 days of delivery to the customer.
